Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy describes how to end your subscription to Logistic Slash ("Logistic Slash"), based in Wyoming, United States. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record (MoR).

How to cancel

Email support@logisticslash.com from the account email on file and request cancellation. We will confirm and stop future renewals. You may also cancel through the customer portal provided by Lemon Squeezy when available.

Founding trial

Founding members receive 30 days free. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged. After the trial, founding rates apply until you cancel.

Effect of cancellation

• Access continues through the end of the current paid period (or trial end, if unpaid).
• No further charges after cancellation is processed.
• Refunds, if eligible, follow our Refund Policy (14-day window from first paid charge).

Data after cancellation

You may request export or deletion of your account data by contacting support@logisticslash.com. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.
