Service description
Logistic Slash provides transportation management, dispatch, tracking, document management, and related fleet software for carriers. Features may evolve as we improve the product. Founding member pricing is locked as described at signup.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and fleet information.
- Ensure drivers consent to location tracking required for dispatch services.
- Comply with applicable transportation, safety, and privacy laws.
- Keep login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of your operational data. We process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" during early access. Logistic Slash is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
